The itel RS4 offers the best performance-per-naira in itel's lineup thanks to its Helio G99 Ultimate chip and 120Hz screen, both usually reserved for pricier Tecno/Infinix models. It's a strong pick for value-focused and light-gaming Nigerian buyers, though its camera setup remains basic.
